dc.description.abstract	The analysis of the current state of the enterprises of light industry in the Southern Kazakhstan RK area is carried out. For creation and development of an effective cotton and textile cluster the factors influencing formation of a territorial and branch cluster in agrarian and industrial complex and the basic principles of interaction of the enterprises are considered.
